Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to all U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after dispatch

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location or during high-volume periods.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Creartison is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Creartison is not liable for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need help, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
